Dr. Ashok Arbat
Dr. Ashok Arbat is a highly respected and award-winning pulmonologist with decades of experience in advanced respiratory care, interventional pulmonology, and academic leadership. As one of Central India’s most prominent chest physicians, he has consistently been at the forefront of innovation in the diagnosis and treatment of complex lung diseases, combining clinical excellence with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
A Fellow and Member of the American College of Chest Physicians, Dr. Arbat has held several prestigious positions throughout his career, including President of the Vidarbha Hospitals Association, Past President of the Vidarbha Chest Association, and Past President of the Academy of Medical Sciences, Nagpur. He has also served as Professor at JNMC, Sawangi (Wardha) and was a former editorial board member of the International Journal of COPD, underlining his dedication to both clinical practice and academic advancement.
Dr. Arbat has authored more than 23 national and international publications, contributing significantly to the fields of asthma, COPD, interstitial lung diseases (ILD), tuberculosis, lung cancer diagnosis, and interventional pulmonology. His clinical expertise spans a wide range of advanced procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy, cryobiopsy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), and foreign body removal.
Dr. Parimal Deshpande
Dr. Parimal Deshpande is a dedicated and skilled pulmonologist specializing in the diagnosis and management of complex respiratory conditions, with a growing reputation in interventional chest medicine. With a strong academic background and a passion for clinical excellence, he brings a meticulous, evidence-based approach to patient care in the fields of asthma, COPD, ILD, tuberculosis, and lung cancer.
Dr. Deshpande has already made significant contributions to pulmonary medicine through several noteworthy publications in both national and international journals. His work includes clinical insights on rare and challenging cases such as tracheoesophageal fistulas, endobronchial leiomyoma, and non-smoking COPD, showcasing his involvement in cutting-edge pulmonology practices.
Dr. Deshpande’s clinical expertise includes a wide array of interventional procedures such as flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), cryobiopsy, and tracheal stenting. Dr. Swapnil Bakkamwar
Dr. Swapnil Bakkamwar is a passionate and skilled consultant pulmonologist with a focused interest in interventional pulmonology and the management of complex respiratory diseases. With a strong academic foundation and advanced clinical training, Dr. Bakkamwar offers evidence-based, patient-centered care across a wide spectrum of lung conditions including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung diseases (ILD), tuberculosis, and lung cancer.
His clinical expertise spans a variety of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy, cryobiopsy, foreign body removal, and lung cancer diagnostics.
